The Girl Who Felt She Had to Prove HerselfMy story is here,
if you'd like it.

How I went from proving myself to everyone to feeling safe at 50+, for the first time in my life. Yours to read gently, in your own time.

If you've been the strong one, the one who carries everyone and is tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix, then I wrote this with you in mind. I don't put it out for the whole world. I'd rather just hand it to you. Leave your email below and it comes to you by email. The free Check-In arrives straight away, so you have something gentle in your hands tonight, and my story follows a few days later, once you have had a little time with it.

The free Check-In arrives straight away. My story follows a few days later, and you can step away anytime.

What the story covers

It is the long version of the pattern. Where the proving started and how early it started. The decades of giving, and what they cost. The season it all stopped, and what I found underneath when it did. And where it left me: at 50+, feeling safe for the first time in my life.

Who I wrote it for

For the woman who has been the strong one so long that she can no longer say out loud that she is tired. If you have read this far, that may well be you. It is my own story, told the way I would tell it to you sitting down, and it asks nothing of you.
